June 22, 1955~October 05, 2021

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, Faron Gene Branham, loving husband and father, passed away at 66 years of age. Faron was born on June 22, 1955 in Winnsboro, SC to Raymond and Virginia Branham. On December 3, 1979, he married the love of his life, Cathi Henry Branham. They would have celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary this year. He enjoyed fishing, restoring hotrods, playing the guitar, and helping everyone he knew, but he loved spending time with his family the most. Both of his parents, his uncle J.C. Thompson, and his sister, Marsha Branham, precede him in death. His wife Cathi survives him along with his four children Tabatha Beeson, Jessica Jacks (Tyi), Austin Branham (Jennifer), Evelyn Welch (Brian), 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 3 sisters, his aunt Becky Thompson, his in-laws Donald and Faye Henry, and a whole world of people that claimed him as their Pop and Papa too. Words cannot describe how great of a man he was. He was kind to everyone he met and would give you the shirt off his back or the last penny in his pocket. Faron was loved more than he ever realized.

He was as close to me as a son. I will miss him terribly. God bless you all.

He was a good person who loved and would do anything for his family. As his son-in-law, I can say he always treated me like a son and would always be there when we needed him for anything. He will be missed by anyone who ever knew him. The world lost a great person in Faron Branham.
