Wanda DeLallo was granted eternal peace and delivered into the loving arms of her Lord God and Savior on Sunday, November 12. Wanda, 93 was a long time resident of Wilton Manors and was a very active member of the St. Clements Catholic Church. She was the beloved mother to daughter, Pamela Lucas and son, Mark Slepski. “Mom, we are eternally grateful to have had the honor of you being our loving mother. Heaven is blessed with an angel and a new bright star in the heavens to light and guide our way.” In addition to her 2 children she is survived by her sister, Genevieve Michaels, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; Patrick Raleigh, her beloved nephew, whom she shared a precious bond with; her loving step daughters, Diane Moudy and Karen Jacobs, “thank you Big Sis and love you for being so wonderful to mom and loving her and to both of you for being my sisters”; our Michigan family; Leah, Megan, Mike, Laura, Ally, Kelsey, Connor, Evan, Haley, Mackenzie, Colleen and my aunt Delphine Scott. It is with a grateful heart I thank all our family and friends for loving my mom and being an integral part of her life.
A Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be said on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10:00am from St. Clement Catholic Church, Andrews Ave, Wilton Manors, Florida. She will be entombed at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Anthony whom preceded her in death in 2002. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her daughters favorite charity Steppn Up Shoes for Kids at www.steppnupshoesforkids.org
