Obituary

 Mrs. Jane F. Luzinski, age 93, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away at the home of her grand-daughter in Coconut Creek on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Born at home on October 24, 1924 in Ravena, NY a daughter to her loving parents Ferdinand and Frances Lisk Cahill.  Jane married Tony, the love of her life and together they had 4 children.  She relocated from Albany, New York to Fort Lauderdale in 1982.  She would from that point forward become a wife, a mother, a caregiver, a best friend, grandmother and finally great-grandmother. Her large family became the center piece of her life. She attended Christ UMC in Fort Lauderdale.  Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony and son, Michael.  She leaves to cherish her memory 3 other children, Judy and (Tom) McLoughlin, of Coconut Creek; Steve and (Leslie) Luzinski, of Valparaiso, Indiana; Joe and (Martha) Luzinski, of Fort Lauderdale. Her 7 grandchildren, Kelly, Debbie, Patty, Brent, Tyler, Michael and David; 7 great-grandchildren, Megan, Sean, Nicholas, Logan, Amber, Avery and Tucker, and brother, Frank Cahill, of Clarksville, Georgia.  The family will receive friends at the Kalis-McIntee Funeral Home, 2505 N. Dixie Highway, Wilton Manors, Florida 33305 on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 5:00-7:00pm.  Funeral services are set for Saturday at 2pm at Christ Church, 4845 NE 25th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308.  In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Special Olympics at 3301 College Ave, Davie, FL 33314.
